Bruce Campbell

Bruce Campbell is an Executive Recruiter with Potomac Partners. Bruce’s focus is identifying finance & accounting talent for all levels within an organization and conducts searches across multiple industries including technology, biotechnology, professional services, government contracting, real estate and financial services.

Prior to joining Potomac Partners, Bruce worked in academia for Johns Hopkins Carey Business School as Director of Executive Education (’18-’20) and Director of Admissions (’14-’18). Before JHU, he held various roles in Executive Search as Director of Strategic Staffing, RPO Relationship Manager and Market Manager (F&A Search) for Exelon/Constellation Energy, Marriott International and kForce/Source Finance.

Bruce was born and raised in South Jersey, received his BS in Accounting from Rider University and relocated to begin his public accounting career.

Bruce lives in Reisterstown, MD with his wife and three children. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing golf, and spending time at the beach.
