Eric Roth

Eric is responsible for executing search assignments in a variety of functional areas including corporate accounting, technical accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, FP&A, and tax across all industries. In addition, he is responsible for business development, managing client assignments, as well as candidate generation and assessment.

Eric is an accomplished finance executive who brings 20+ years of unique and varied industry experiences at both public and private companies to his role at Potomac Partners. Prior to joining Potomac Partners, Eric spent 10+ years working as a FP&A and strategic business partner at NVR, Microsoft and Deloitte Consulting. Before that, he worked in the financial services industry as a portfolio manager and investment analyst for two hedge funds in the D.C. area. Throughout his career, Eric consistently demonstrated a keen ability to spot and source talent. He also started and led the campus recruiting program for his group at Deloitte for 3 years. His experience as both a client and a candidate give him the unique insight, perspective and most importantly, credibility and relatability to make excellent matches for candidates and clients.

Originally from New York, Eric graduated from The George Washington University with both his BBA and MBA in Finance. In his free time, Eric enjoys going to concerts, hiking and coaching youth basketball. He currently resides in Montgomery County, Maryland.
