Kim Crowell

Kim Crowell has over 30 years of experience in the recruiting industry and focuses on retained and contingency searches at Potomac Partners, a leading provider finance, accounting, legal and HR executive recruiting, interim consulting and staffing services. Kim joined Potomac Partners in 2007 and has helped lead the firm to be one of the top executive firms in the Washington DC/Baltimore region. Kim’s industry focus is broad but some recent searches have been in real estate, software, financial services, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, and government contracting. Prior to Kim’s recruiting career, she began her career in public accounting as an auditor at EY. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. In her spare time you will find Kim playing tennis and pickleball and she is working on her golf game.
