Vicki Caracostis Gardiner

Vicki Caracostis Gardiner is responsible for executing search assignments in a variety of functional areas including tax, finance, accounting, financial reporting/technical accounting and internal audit/SOX. She is responsible for managing client assignments from CFO to senior accountant, as well as candidate generation and assessment. Vicki is a CPA (inactive) and a self-professed “tax nerd,” beginning her career at EY and continuing to work in corporate tax at several publicly-traded DC-based companies over the next 15+ years. She joined Potomac Partners in September 2011. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Vicki graduated from the University of Tennessee with both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting. In addition to recruiting, she is a part-time group fitness instructor. Vicki lives with her husband Scott, a USMC reservist, and their chocolate lab Monty.
